  • Sizes are approximate, so please allow for slight differences due to some items being hand made.
  • Any discrepancies with products must be brought to our attention within 5 days of date of delivery, anything after this time is no longer our responsibility.
  • All items are checked thoroughly before being sent, so any damage caused by delivery is not the responsibility of us.
  • All items must be paid for within 3 days of the end of auction/listing, or at least a notification of payment type must be made within this time.
  • Items will only be sent once payment has been received and processed.

RETURNS

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • The item must not have been used within these 30 days, Otherwise returns policy is null and void
  • Items must be returned to us in NEW condition, and be wrapped up the same as received. Any item that is not sent back in this way will not be accepted upon its return
  • Once the item is back with us, we will inspect the rug, and then Organize the refund/exchange/store credit.
  • If you believe you have received a faulty item, this must be brought to our attention via ebay messaging within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • In the case of a faulty item, photo evidence will need to be submitted to us for assessment. Please then allow for up to 5 business days for assessment. If deemed faulty, then we will organise a return label/collection from you of the faulty item, and a replacement will be sent out.
  • In the rare case than an item cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued.

298. items are dispatched from our warehouse in Jaipur, India. Regular shipping is with USPS. The rates are the same for all countries. Regular delivery time is 10-21 business days. For an additional fee we offer 5-7 business days or 3-5 business day delivery service with international couriers (i.e. UPS, FedEx, Aramex). Please contact us for rates on expedited delivery

Customs Duties and Taxes

All items are shipped from India, and some countries will charge the buyer duties or taxes on international packages at the point of delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in shipping charges. Some countries like the USA and Australia do not collect taxes on small parcels (i.e. less than $200), while countries in Europe have far more strict policies. In general most of our customers do not have to pay any customs or duty charges.
